Nothing eludes glamour and luxury more efficiently than gold. Gold, used as the main focal point or compliment to interior design projects, creates a strong visual impact while adding fashion and style. The Bisazza Collection offers two kinds of exquisite gold tiles – both in 24 karat Yellow and White Gold.
Oro, Bisazza’s most opulent tile product, is a “sandwich” of gold – a composition of hand-applied 24-karat gold leaf between two layers of glass. Each individual fragment of the tile is then meticulously hand-cut to its required size. Oro is available in both 20×20mm (3/4” x 3/4”) or 10×10mm (3/8”x3/8”) tile squares with the option of a smooth or wavy finish.

Oro BIS, combines the classic Bisazza tile “sandwich” of gold featuring hand-applied 24-karat gold between two layers of protective glass with a new manufacturing technique which yields tiles that are perfectly square with beveled edges. Each individual tile is manufactured with consistent thickness and beveled edges. Oro BIS is also available in both 20mm and 10mm squares.
Gold mosaic tiles allow a wide range of luminous effects and shades, particularly because of the diffusion and vibration of light off the gold tesserae. The light reflection is even more prominent and evident in undulated gold tile.

The random arrangement of undulated and smooth gold tiles, called “Blend” in Bisazza’s Collection, creates very interesting and intriguing decorative effects.
The beauty of gold when used in interior design is the unlimited ability to mix and match. The brilliant light and luminosity of gold, whether smooth or undulated, compliments nearly all interior or exterior decorative elements. From white design to vibrant colors, brilliant gold mosaic adds luxury and opulence to interior design projects of any size. Bisazza’s gold tesserae mixed with different gold patterns or other mosaic tile colors produce a fashionable finished project.
